Here's a fun fact:

The Volkswagen Beetle was first ordered by Adolf Hitler! He requested Ferdinand Posrche to manufacture a 'Volkswagen', which meant 'people's car' in German. A glimpse at the original sketch by Hitler himself shows extreme similarities with the Bettle that you see today.

To tell you a little bit about the team behind CarsMQ, we are a small team of three students who are currently studying at Macquarie University. Namely:

• Chathura Perera - Bachelor of Business Administration
• Shaveen Goonewardene - Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Honors)
• Burak Simsek  - Bachelor of Information Technology;

Our main objective is to educate and share our mutual interest in classic cars with our fellow enthusiasts. Our blog will mainly revolve around well-known classic cars and also cars of our own personal interest.
