Bumblebee or should we call it Vengeance?

Whilst looking at some of the reads online about classics I've found this unique restomod 1967 Camaro which later on turned out to be not so unique. Because it looked exactly like the Bumblebee from Transformers 4 except it didn't have a yellow bumblebee stripe.

First It was not a surprise that there would be copies of our very loved Bumblebee character since the whole franchise is a massive success.

Then, a bit more reading through the net it all became clear. It was not a copycat of Bumblebee but it was most likely Michael Bay replicated this 1967 Camaro called Vengeance.

It took almost 8 years to build with lots of sweat and tears as a tribute to owner's dad (He had a '68 Camaro himself that got stolen and found stripped).

With a little more digging there was another post that showed a correspondence between the writer and the owner of Vengeance telling its story.

I might have felt a little flattered if someone replicated my design.  It is showcased in Transformers after all! However,  Mr Vengeance as they referred to him is a little upset that he was not given credit and enthusiasts might think that he is the one copying this art piece as well as, he believes that due to franchise's popularity the car itself would lose it's uniqueness.
